We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our team. As an Architectural 3D Visualizer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, and urban landscapes. You will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into photorealistic visualizations that effectively communicate design.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs, interior spaces, and urban landscapes using software such as SketchUp, Rhino, 3Ds Max or similar.
Produce high-quality renderings and animations that accurately depict design concepts and spatial relationships.
Incorporate feedback from clients, project managers, and stakeholders to refine visualizations and meet project deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques.
Maintain organized files and documentation of project assets for future reference.

Proficiency:

Advanced knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Corona Renderer.
Experience with post-production software such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects for image editing and compositing.
Familiarity with CAD software and architectural drafting standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Architectural 3D Visualizer or similar role.
Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in architectural firms or design studios.
